What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Currently we only offer 1-3 days shipping method via Royal Mail / Hermes. We hope to have a fully integrated postage system working soon.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All deliveries are subject to a 1-3 day delivery period. All orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day unless out of stock.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Sadly at this time we do not ship outside of the UK. However, feel free to contact us to arrange special shipping methods should you require it.
Bank Holidays & other National Holidays are not working days. Any orders placed on one of these days will automatically roll over to the next working day for processing.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently accept all major credit / debit cards via the Paypal Portal. We chose Paypal because they are well known & the safest form of purchasing and give you full protection on purchases.
You DO NOT need a Paypal account to purchase from this site.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Of course! Wherever you see the Green Padlock at the top of your browser, along with a website that begins with https: this shows that the website has a valid SSL certificate meaning its truly safe for you to enter sensitive information such as debit card details to make payments.

How do I place an Order?
Simply add the products that you wish to buy to your basket then once you are done shopping click on the basket and make your payment via our Paypal Gateway.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Simple answer, No. However opening an account with us allows you to keep track of orders, view your order history and automatically registers you with us to take part in our great giveaways and keep up to date with our latest products and shows.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You have the right to cancel the order anytime before it’s shipped. No questions asked.

How Can I Return a Product?
No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned. We advise you to send goods back using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
