RETURNS & REFUNDS

Boosted Boutique wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that’s why we have a no fuss returns policy.

If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 7 days for alternative items or a refund.

If you are returning one of our products and the product has been opened and is part used or full, we will test the product/s and it’s at our discretion as to whether we issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 24 Hours starting the day after delivery. No questions asked!

Please return the goods, unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund contact us prior to notify us of your intentions

Faulty Item/s and Warranty

If the product is defective, please contact the manufacturer for electrical products, for beauty products please contact us immediately.

If the item is over 3 months old, please send it back to us with a covering letter and notify us by using our retailers & contact section – We will then arrange a replacement.

Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 7 days of any defect. After 7 days an exchange will only be available.

All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for Royal Mail delivery is from £3.99.

Returning Special Offer Items

If you have a faulty product, please return it to us and we will be happy to send a replacement whether or not it was a ‘Special Offer’ item or not.

If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your ‘Special Offer’ item/s and we’ll refund the cost of what you actually paid for that item/s when you made your purchase or pay for the outstanding item/s.

If you wish to keep the item that was received free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund.

Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day of their return – Guaranteed!

Returning Your Item/s

No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned.

We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us to notify us of your intention and we will provide you with a UK returns address.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
